Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–31 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
